Our one-day workshop in Ayurvedic Cooking is designed to help the learner gain a deeper understanding of food, its properties and how it can heal a person from within.
With the use of expert Ayurvedic insight and food prep demonstrations, the student will gain a good understanding of the qualities of different foods, focusing on both eastern and western ingredients. You will learn about the Ayurvedic qualities and balance of foods focusing on the six tastes - salty, sweet, sour, pungent, bitter, astringent.
The course is conducted in a four-hour workshop and the learner will receive a Certificate of completion.
