Booking Policy

We kindly request that you use our website to request a particular appointment or package rather than for scheduled booking times. Upon receiving your order, the value of your purchase will be credited to your client record.

We can only confirm availability once your requested time slot is open. If your preferred date and time are not available, we will do our best to offer a suitable alternative.

Important: Your appointment is only confirmed once you receive an SMS notification. Without SMS confirmation, your booking is not guaranteed, and we will not entertain any negotiations.

Refund Policy

i) Gift Voucher Refunds

  • Full refunds are available if cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before the appointment.
  • No refund or reissue if no notice is given within 24 hours.
  • Refunds apply only if the gift certificate has not been redeemed.

ii) Membership Refunds

  • Remaining balance after expiry becomes null and void unless the rollover clause is activated within 2 weeks of expiry.
  • You may share your balance by providing recipient details in advance.
  • Midway cancellations get a 50% refund of the remaining balance, after deducting full-price treatments.
  • You can freeze your membership for up to 2 months with prior notice.

iii) Course Refunds

No refunds for course or promotional purchases. In exceptional cases, gift vouchers may be issued instead of monetary refunds.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Any physical, verbal, or emotional abuse will result in immediate denial of service and cancellation of any memberships or courses. This policy ensures the safety of our staff and clients.

Late Policy

If you arrive late, we will try to accommodate your full service, but cannot guarantee it. Services will be charged at full price. Last-minute changes depend on availability and must not affect others.

Cancellation & No Show

To receive a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds for no-shows or late cancellations. Last-minute changes are only allowed if they don’t inconvenience other bookings.

Age Requirement

There is no age limit for massages, but children and disabled individuals must be accompanied by an adult.

Quiet Environment

Please maintain a quiet conversation level and ensure mobile phones are silenced upon entry.

Gift Certificates

  • Applicable only for massage treatments (not retail products).
  • Valid for 6 months from the purchase date.
  • Cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
  • Forfeited if unused or canceled without notice.

Prices May Change

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to decline service to anyone.

Visitors

Only customers are allowed in treatment rooms, except when assisting a child. Visitors must remain quiet in the waiting area.

Therapist Change

We cannot guarantee specific therapists but will try to accommodate your preferences. All therapists are trained in professionalism and discretion.
