Ayurvedic Cooking Workshop
Our one-day Ayurvedic Cooking Workshop is designed to help learners develop a deeper understanding of food, its inherent properties, and its ability to promote healing from within.
Through expert Ayurvedic insight and live food preparation demonstrations, participants will explore the qualities of various foods, incorporating both Eastern and Western ingredients. The workshop focuses on the Ayurvedic concept of the six tastes — sweet, sour, salty, pungent, bitter, and astringent — and how to achieve balance in meals for optimal health and well-being.
The course is delivered as a four-hour workshop, and all participants will receive a Certificate of Completion.
